OVERVIEW
Sinopec refining-petrochemical complex in Zibo, Shandong, in operation since 1966 -- one of the older refineries in this directory. Crude distillation capacity is reported at 251,000 b/d, expected to remain at that level through at least 2030 per industry benchmarking data. A 160,000 b/d processing unit addition was commissioned at the site in recent years as part of ongoing upgrades.
