OVERVIEW
Vietnam's largest bonded petroleum storage and transshipment terminal, on My Giang Island in Van Phong Bay, Khanh Hoa province -- built and operated by Van Phong Terminal, an entity led by state group Petrolimex (55%) alongside Singapore's PB Tankers (30%) and Petrolimex Insurance/PJICO (15%). Phase 1 comprises 29 tanks totaling about 505,000 m3, with a jetty rated for 150,000-DWT tankers; eventual planned capacity is 1 million m3.
